In 2011, Pam accepted leadership for Conferences and Institutes, with the charge of transforming it into a self-supporting organization aligned with the goals of individual colleges and the University. Through the establishment of a new business model, the development of relationships within the University, and the implementation of efficiencies, Conferences and Institutes became a vital element in the academic community. Pam’s goal is to ensure strong communication and financially viable programming.
Pam joined the University in 2000 and has spent her tenure in Conferences and Institutes. Prior to that, she managed Special Olympics sports training and competition programs in Maryland and Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Education degrees from Penn State and is currently pursuing her MBA.
