Wanda has more than 26 years of administrative experience at Penn State, 18 of which were in Outreach and Online Education. She has a wide variety of expertise in development and delivery of successful programs, conferences (both small and large), credit courses with off-site components, noncredit programs, and online courses. Wanda enjoys working with people, has a great sense of humor, and works hard to ensure a quality experience for the participants we serve.
