Financial Model and Fees

Conferences and Institutes operates on a fee-for-service basis. The college assumes all financial risk for the program while also receiving any net generated. Conferences and Institutes works with the college and faculty to minimize risk, control costs, maximize the return to the college, and help you reach your goal.

Fees

Full Conference Management Services —This fee consists of a base fee plus a variable, per person, per day fee. The variable fee accounts for the complexity of the program based on the length of the program and the number of participants.

Registration-Only Services — This fee consists of a base fee plus a variable fee based on the level of service requested. A 2.5% credit card processing fee applies for all income collected.

Variable:
$25 per registration — online, advance registration only
$50 per registration — online and paper registration
$60 per person — online and paper registration plus name badges and two hours of on-site registration
$75 per person — all of the above plus one professional accreditation management

Youth Program Management Services — This fee consists of a base fee plus a variable, per person fee.
