Darbi began her career at Penn State with Conference Services and Commons Desk Operations, under Auxiliary and Business Services, in 2017. She then transitioned into an administrative support role for the office of the vice provost for Online Education. In the fall of 2023, she joined the Conferences and Institutes team as an education program coordinator, contributing her project management, organizational, and customer service skills to help deliver the best possible experience for the units and the customers with which C&I collaborates.
