John has been a program manager since 2003 and annually manages around 15 programs. His previous professional experience includes serving as an extension educator with both Purdue University Cooperative Extension Service and Cornell Cooperative Extension Service. He holds a Ph.D. in higher education administration from Purdue University. John and his wife, Julie, live in State College and enjoy spending time with their three children and little dog, as well as visiting friends and family.
