Kiera joined Conferences and Institutes in April 2023 and has been with Penn State since 2018. During her time at Penn State, she has also held roles within Educational Equity and Student Affairs, where she supported and led large-scale programs and teams, coordinated national professional development and training initiatives, managed complex budgets and department processes, and oversaw communications, marketing, and event logistics. Prior to joining Penn State, Kiera spent three years as a recruiter with Spherion Staffing, focusing on client relations, hiring, and workforce operations.
Kiera holds a bachelor of arts in business administration (marketing) and art (commercial design) from Lycoming College and is currently pursuing a master of business administration in business architecture through Penn State World Campus.
Outside of work, she is a busy single parent, painter, nature lover, and homeowner who enjoys DIY projects, travel, and time with loved ones.
