Lindsay joined Conferences and Institutes in June 2014. She brings to the position a love for planning and executing successful events and a passion for supporting various types of student and adult learning experiences. Lindsay served as interim director for a year and a half and was promoted to director in November, 2018. Before this role, Lindsay spent five years at the University of Pittsburgh, where she was responsible for recruitment, program coordination, event planning, marketing, and management of graduation procedures. She approaches each program with a focus on detail and communication, which she sees as the foundation of program management.
She graduated from Penn State with a bachelor’s degree in journalism, and Clarion University with a master’s degree in English. In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys reading, writing, and outdoor activities.
